Stay At The Castle

Gordon Castle combines the historic charm of a Highland estate with modern comfort, and is available for exclusive hire. The Castle features eight individually styled en-suite bedrooms (each with king-size beds, with twin options available), elegant reception rooms, a study, a billiard room and spacious social areas. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, travel cots and highchairs are provided.

Our resident chef curates seasonal menus that celebrate the best of local produce — from estate game and Speyside salmon to Moray shellfish and fresh ingredients from our Walled Garden. Begin your day with a traditional Scottish breakfast, enjoy leisurely picnics or afternoon teas, and savour beautifully presented dinners in the Castle’s dining room. We are delighted to arrange wine, whisky, and drinks pairings from our trusted local suppliers.
Stays of three to fourteen nights are available, fully staffed and catered for up to 18 guests. Please note that Gordon Castle is not open for public visits and is offered on an exclusive-use basis only.

The Castle is available exclusively for you and your party with a fully catered and fully staffed service included. Complete with private gardens, tennis court and orangery, the team will make sure that your stay is an unforgettable one. (Please note: The castle is not open to the general public for viewings or tours. It operates on an exclusive use hire basis, for accommodation & event purposes).

The Castle boasts eight spacious bedrooms of individual character (each with en-suite bathroom and king sized bed), a drawing room, a study, a billiard room and two large reception rooms. Travel cots and high chairs are available and a number of the bedrooms can be turned into twin bedded rooms. Satellite TV and WI-FI broadband are also provided. We do not apply a minimum booking length to the castle and do not charge corkage as the venue is unlicensed so you are free to arrange your own alcohol.

Our guests are looked after by our gourmet chef who serves the very best of locally sourced cuisine: Aberdeen Angus Beef, Morayshire Pork, Game from the Estate, fresh fish from the River Spey, shellfish from the Moray Firth, herbs, fruit and vegetables from our Walled Garden….this is just a flavour of what’s on the menu. The day starts with a full Scottish breakfast and a range of fruits, cereals, yoghurts and breads. We pack lavish picnic hampers for our sporting parties and serve afternoon teas with homemade cakes and pastries for our guests back at the Castle. In the evening we lay on a sumptuous dinner served in the Castle’s grand dining room. Although we are not licenced to sell alcohol, we are happy to organise and manage provision from a number of local wine merchants, breweries and distillers.
